Welcome to July’s product update!

I’m super excited to share with you 2 time-saving new updates that are going to help you manage all your business enquiries in one place.

Update 1. Connect your Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts

The first is the ability to connect your Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts right to EnquiryBot and reply and manage incoming messages right from your inbox.

You’ll no longer need to log in to multiple platforms to manage all your enquiries in one place.

Update 2. Customise the card details on the enquiry cards on your pipelines

The second update is a small but powerful one.

You now have the ability to customise the details that show on the enquiry card front within your pipelines.

For example, you may want to show a company name instead of the customer’s name and in addition, add in an extra info field like a date or a product or service of interest.
